Qz210 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rights, Responsibilities & Rules

Welcome to qz210. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and qz210 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any qz210 service in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms contained in this document.

This agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties — qz210 as the platform provider, and you as the user. It covers all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonus usage, account security, and dispute resolution.

Qz210 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on qz210.com. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

To register and use the qz210 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. qz210 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into a contract.
• Not prohibited from participating in gambling activities for any legal, regulatory, or company policy reason.
• Registering under your own name and for personal use only — not on behalf of another person or business entity.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at qz210 at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. qz210 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration.

• Your account password is your sole responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• Qz210 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact qz210 support immediately.
• Qz210 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for the purposes of identity verification or security investigation.
• Each account is for personal use only — sharing an account among more than one individual is strictly prohibited.

For compliance purposes, qz210 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or proof of current address.

Qz210 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are recognised payment options in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Instant for all e-wallet and FPX methods.
• Withdrawal processing times: 3–5 minutes for e-wallets; 15–30 minutes for FPX on business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering principle).
• Qz210 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within any 24-hour period.

If a withdrawal takes more than 30 minutes to process, please contact the qz210 customer support team via live chat. qz210 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

Qz210 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly rebates, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Malaysia Open badminton tournament and the Super League. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer.

• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, and one IP address only. Multiple usage will result in cancellation.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal containing bonus funds can be processed.
• Qz210 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if there are signs of abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or redeemed directly for cash.
• The validity period for each bonus is stated in the relevant offer's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Betting at qz210 covers a wide range of categories, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton), Live Casino, slots, roulette, table games, and lottery. Each category has additional rules available in the platform's help section.

• All bet outcomes are final once confirmed by the qz210 system. No bet may be cancelled after confirmation, except in cases of technical error acknowledged by qz210.
• Parlay/accumulator bets on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and BWF badminton are permitted, with a maximum of 12 selections per slip.
• Qz210 reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds if a match is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or if exceptional circumstances arise that compromise the integrity of the bet.
• For live betting, odds can change rapidly. Successfully submitted bets will be processed at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation, not at the time you began entering your bet.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and match significance. Current limits can be checked within the betting interface.

All casino games on qz210 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. qz210 does not alter game outcomes, and all results are final once displayed on screen.

Use of the qz210 platform is strictly for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• The use of bots, automation software, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the qz210 platform.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using information not available to the public (insider information) in Sports Betting.
• Any attempt to breach qz210's security systems or gain unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Assisting or facilitating any of the above prohibited activities on behalf of another party.

Qz210 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that monitors all platform activity 24 hours a day. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated, and the relevant account may be suspended during the course of that investigation.

You may close your qz210 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses whose rollover requirements have not yet been met) will be refunded to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.

Qz210 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Strong indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request under a self-exclusion programme for responsible gambling.
• Upon instruction from the relevant regulatory body or legal authority.

Qz210 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from errors. qz210 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Data loss or damage caused by device failure, internet disruption, or factors beyond qz210's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the qz210 platform.
• Errors made by the player when entering betting information or financial transaction details.

In cases where a technical error on qz210's part results in an incorrect bet outcome, qz210 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account. qz210's decision in such matters is final.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account or transactions at qz210, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the qz210 customer support team via live chat or email at support@qz210.com with full details of your complaint.
• Step 2: qz210 will respond within 24 hours and investigate the reported issue.
• Step 3: qz210 will provide a resolution or final decision within 7 business days from the date the complaint is received.
• Step 4: If a player is dissatisfied with a qz210 decision, they may refer the matter to an external dispute resolution body as designated by qz210 from time to time.
